The staff is friendly and super helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast served on the beachfront terrace is a delightful experience with delicious food and breathtaking scenery. Additionally, the hotel offers a spa where you can enjoy a lovely massage.
The surrounding neighborhood may not be everyone's cup of tea, as it is a bit disappointed by the VA Beach vibe with noisy tourist areas and Irish pubs.

Our recent stay at this hotel was an absolute luxurious dream come true. the exclusive amenities were amazing and fulfilled all our needs. the swimming pool was one of the best features with comfortable sun loungers and refreshing fruit cocktails. the spa and wellness centre was also a big hit with the relaxing full body massage and exquisite beauty treatments.
The only downside we encountered was the breakfast which lacked some variety and innovation compared to other luxurious hotels. this minor issue was outweighed by all the other positive aspects of this hotel.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it was on the cliff top with private access to the beach. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the beautiful views. The cleanliness of the rooms was also impressive, with the rooms being cleaned twice daily. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the swimming pool area which was perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. The staff at the hotel were amazing, always friendly and helpful, and they made our stay even more enjoyable.

The location of the main restaurant was quite convenient, just a short walk from the hotel. We also appreciated being able to easily catch a cab right outside the hotel. The Vista restaurant offered a stunning view of the sea, making our dining experience even more enjoyable.
